A trained counsellor and hypnotherapist I can use my skills to facilitate your journey so that you can achieve your personal goals. Sometimes we need to find our way by talking about objectives with someone impartially, to get a new vision of the future. It might also be the case that our anxieties, phobias or lifestyle are working against us, in which case, I have theraputic approaches to help you meet those problems. I am very flexible in the way I work which can be from home; a therapy centre in Havant Hampshire, or by a visit to you in your home. After a free initial consultation either on the telephone or by visit, clients usually have three sessions where we explore the correct personal approach, and undergo agreed hypnotherapy or counselling treatments.
