Pete has run several successful weight loss courses at Clanfield Farm, and from his home in Clanfield as well as introducing Tasters for people, who had never experienced Hypnosis, to give them an understanding and a choice of using Hypnosis as a therapy to help them.
Pete also runs Self Awareness / Relaxation courses and gets a lot of satisfaction seeing the positive changes people make in their lives after hypnotherapy, be it stopping smoking, weight loss or more confidence.
Just letting go of some of some emotional baggage can make a massive difference to improve people's lives. He also enjoys the interesting and curious side of Past Life Regression.
Testimonials are curated by Hampshire Hypnotherapy and are not independently reviewed or verified.
