SOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

SHOCKING Customer service. I recently attempted to make a telephone order for an associate and MySelf’s breakfast baguette’s, An Elderly gentleman answered the phone, I began to order my fried egg, hash brown baguette BUT I immediately interrupted stating that “If you want hash browns then go to McDonald’s” I replied okay, can I order a fried egg Baguette to which he then said “ we don’t cater for vegetarians” and then hung up. This left me feeling somewhat outraged as the simple facts are, I’m not a vegetarian and did not state this but I did feel like a fried egg baguette to which they sell in this establishment. I decided to visit the sandwich bar In person to share my utter disbelief, I asked to talk to a manager to which the ‘elderly gentleman replied’ there is no one in charge here. He continued to be rude after I explained to him who I was and that we recently had a conversation over the phone, and he told me to go else where. He was unnecessarily rude and forced me
